Our story started in January of 2019, at 20 years old, when two strangers from oceans and continents apart met each other in the beautiful city of Vancouver, Canada.

Although they came from different cultural backgrounds and upbringings, their diversity made their relationship blossom and this eventually lead to the unbreakable relationship it is today.

At first glance, we were immediately drawn to each other. We are so different yet so alike in many ways and both compelled by each other's company, interests and our differences.

There is so much joy and happiness between us and yet there is also a sense of heavenly peace and comfort we always find within each other.

On our first couple of dates, we both agreed that we couldn’t picture our lives without each other. Unlike a traditional love story, our story has a unique characteristic of us travelling back and forth to each other’s home country of England and Canada. This made our bond so incredibly strong, each airport goodbye was one of the hardest and saddest moments we’ve been through, yet it made our relationship stronger through patience, communication, and commitment.

Our relationship has consisted of a lot of tears at the airport but any time spent apart was a blessing for us in hindsight as we have learned how to navigate our lives individually and grow and mature as a couple.

Every time we have been reunited, we couldn’t be more thankful for the journey we’ve had together.

We’ve been through a lot of hardships and lots of amazing moments of love, happiness, tears, excitement and all of the emotions in between.

We are so excited to celebrate our love; the unity between husband and wife and the integration of our families. Alex and I have been through a long and thrilling journey together, and we would be so delighted you would be part of our journey to celebrate our marriage together.
