Parking is available for free on the property.

We kindly request for all our guests to wear formal attire, we preferably request for neutral/spring colors. For males, please wear formal suites or tuxedos with a solid color of black or grey. For females, please wear dresses, skirts with a solid spring colour.

We politely request for no photos during the ceremony as we prefer to have an unplugged ceremony so our photographer and videographer can capture every moment without any distractions such as cellphones & cameras. Taking photos will be allowed after the ceremony.

We will not be having a registry for our wedding, however if you do wish to honour us with a gift, we would gratefully accept a cash gift.

Please respect the time on The Invitation, may we request for all guest to plan accordingly and arrive to the venue on time. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the wedding ceremony.

Due to the limited capacity at our venue, we ask that guests do not bring a plus one unless they are named on the invitation. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you for understanding.

Our ceremony will be held in the Rose Garden on Burnaby mountain. In case of adverse weather conditions, the ceremony will be held indoors of Mintara Restaurant, Burnaby Mountain.
